Make a booking

You are able to check availability on each of our spaces by selecting date and space below. More details and photos for each space are shown under the header for each space. Our room hire and package prices are due to increase on 1st September 2023. Book now, even if your event is after 1st September, to secure current prices!

Please book an extra 30 minutes before the start of the event itself for setting up and 30 minutes after the event for clearing away. So for a children’s party intended to be of 2 hours duration you will need to book 3 hours. For all types of celebration events we offer a vast array of additional facilities such as discos, food and other entertainment services – please contact our Centre Administration team on 01452 301492 between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday or email admin@abbeydale.org.uk to discuss your precise requirements and what we can offer. 

Booking information

We allow online booking for casual users who want to make a booking for their celebration or any other event. Individuals and groups who regularly use our rooms and spaces also have online booking access with more features available to them to suit their needs.  

We allow casual online booking of our spaces from up to 9 months in advance and up to 7 days before an event. With each casual booking, whether online or otherwise, we require credit/debit card details to act as a guarantee for the booking. Any information you share with us via an online booking is not visible to anyone else other than centre staff and is covered by our privacy policy.   

For our Artificial Training pitch we require a sequence of bookings to be made by all users. If you see a suitable available weekly or monthly 1 hour slot please contact the Centre Administration team for further information. Within the April to August period we have wide availability of the Artificial Training pitch for casual use in a sequence of bookings.   

Once you have made a casual booking online our Centre Administration team will use the contact details provided to contact you to discuss the booking within the next few days and talk through any detailed questions you may have. Once we have discussed your event and accepted the booking we will issue you with an invoice for the booking and will require payment of a non-refundable deposit of 25% within 14 days to confirm the booking. Full payment to be made at least four weeks  before the event.

 If you do not wish to proceed with your online booking you may cancel it online yourself before any payment is made. Once any payment has been made you will need to contact our Centre Administration team to amend or cancel a booking.
