Come and join Little Minds World for a soft launch and taster session, SEN inclusive stay and play session being held at the centre Thursday 30th October. 🎃 Halloween and Autumn theme sensory trays, Craft Table, Calming sensory areas, all aimed for children up to 8 yrs however older siblings also welcome, signposting for parents. Beating Diabetes - With Health Life Fitness
‘Beating Diabetes’ is a health and fitness exercise class for people with pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes to help them manage their diabetes. Each weekly class is run by a diabetes qualified fitness instructor and allows you to meet new friends and connect with others who have similar experiences around diabetes. Thursdays 19:30 - 20:30, £5 per class (first class is free). Book Swap – Take a Book, Leave a Book. We now have a book swap shelf in the foyer of Abbeydale Sports and Community Centre. Offering a range from science fiction and general fiction to romance and educational reads, there is a book to cater to every taste.
