Special Offers on Room Rental for Events
We have two great special offers at present for casual hirers who want to book an event:
For Children’s parties - up to age 13 - we are offering a special rate for hire of our Main Hall or Lindsey Room/Tickner Studio combination at £27 per hour. Weekdays as well as weekends too! Our smaller rooms are available at discounted rates too.
For Adult events - we are offering 20% off our normal room rates for bookings made by the end of October as long as you spend at least £120 on room rental before the discount is applied. Event date can be after October but must be booked before end October. Excludes existing bookings. Discount Code: ADULT26 . Terms and conditions apply.

Luke Norman - Football Courses
Do you have a child who loves to play football and would like to come to Luke Normans Football Course this summer holiday? They will be held on Wednesday afternoon’s throughout August.
Kids and Coffee - Stay and Play in August

Phoenix Craft Market - Saturday 19th September 1pm-4pm
There are lot of amazing stands selling beautiful hand crafted items. We have hand crafted greeting cards, knitted and crochet gifts and much more. Free entry and everyone is welcome.
Lindsey Room & Tickner Studio Transformation
The Lindsey Room and Tickner Studio have had a facelift with a beautiful new colour pallet The rooms are now even more light and airy and perfect for any celebration. If you are looking for a fabulous venue for your next birthday party, baby shower or celebration of life we have the perfect room for you. Our Main Hall was also refurbished in 2025. Abbeydale Community Association was established in 1978 and the centre opened in 1985. The association is now a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, (CIO) which enables the ACA to conduct its business effectively and efficiently for the benefit of the community. The centre offers affordable and flexible facilities for hire to a wide range of casual and regular users.
The centre is managed by a Board of Trustees who are all volunteers. Day to day operations are conducted by a team of staff covering administration, premises and hospitality functions.
