Cheltenham Race Week - Breakfasts at Phoenix Cafe Bar - Tuesday 10th to Friday 13th March

Phoenix Cafe Bar will be open from 9:30am for Gold Cup. Why not start your day off with a lovely big breakfast. Whether you want to enjoy the warm up to the big race or want to enjoy all the racing excitement with us throughout the day. Phoenix Craft Market - Saturday 14th March 1pm - 4pm

Saturday 14th March 1pm - 4pm we have our first Craft Market of 2026. There are lot of amazing stands selling beautiful hand crafted items. We have wood turned bowls, fossils, hand crafted greeting cards, knitted and crochet gifts and much more. Free entry everyone’s welcome.

Phoenix Cafe Bar - Easter Family Disco - Friday 27th March 5.30pm - 8.30pm

Friday 27th March from 5.30pm - 8.30pm Phoenix Cafe Bar will be hosting a family friendly Easter disco. Music by DJ Rossy. Bring your family and friends down. Have some fun. There are prizes to be won.

James Hopkins Trust - Easter Extravaganza - Saturday 28th March 1pm - 5pm

Saturday 28th March 1pm - 5pm James Hopkins Trust our holding their Easter Extravaganza. There will be lots to do so come and support an amazing charity. Adults £3 entry Children are free entry.

Baba’s Baby Markets - Spring Market - Saturday 14th March 1pm - 3pm

Saturday 14th March 1pm - 3pm Baba’s baby markets will be hosting a Spring market. Stalls selling Pre-loved baby, toddler and children’s clothes, toys and much more. £2 entry kids go free. Cash only event.

Little Bear Cubs - Easter Special - Tuesday 31st March 10am - 11.30am

Little Bear Cubs will be hosting an Easter party on Tuesday 31st March 10am to 11.30am. There will be Easter themed activities, an egg hunt and some Easter treats. Older siblings welcome.

Abbeydale Community Association was established in 1978 and the centre opened in 1985. The association is now a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, (CIO) which enables the ACA to conduct its business effectively and efficiently for the benefit of the community. The centre offers affordable and flexible facilities for hire to a wide range of casual and regular users.

The centre is managed by a Board of Trustees who are all volunteers. Day to day operations are conducted by a team of staff covering administration, premises and hospitality functions.
